Lauren W. Kane
Director of Space Planning, Utilization and Administration (ext. 2546)
Lauren has worked for the 福利片国产 of Memphis for 10 years with the Campus Planning and Design Department. Lauren has worked on numerous projects for 福利片国产, as both an interior designer and project manager. Lauren is an alumnus of the 福利片国产 of Memphis and holds a BFA in Interior Design from the Department of Architecture. She is currently pursuing her NCIDQ license to become a registered Interior Designer.
Lauren's responsibilities for the 福利片国产 include: meeting with clients to define project goals and priorities, observation of the existing space and circulation, provide space allocations in compliance with the International Building Codes and Americans with Disabilities Act, recommendations of new space layouts for maximum space functions and inter-communication, develops plans and layouts for furniture, equipment placement, data and electrical and lighting. Lauren also updates all of the Universities space data via Archibus and our Facility Management Drawings in AutoCad.
