This policy specifically addresses sexual misconduct which includes dating violence, domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking. The policy establishes procedures for responding to Title IX-related allegations of sexual misconduct. - /policies
As defined in the 福利片国产 Sexual Misconduct Policy, all mandatory reporters have a duty and responsibility to report any incident of sexual misconduct that they receive or of which they become aware. All faculty, administrators and most 福利片国产 staff are defined as mandatory reporters. - /policies
The purpose of this policy is to establish the criteria and process for employment of relatives at the 福利片国产 of Memphis and guidelines regarding personal relationships in order to avoid real or perceived conflicts of interest.
Academic misconduct consists of but is not limited to: disruptive classroom behavior, plagiarism, cheating and other forms of academic dishonesty. Please view the complete definitions within the Student Code. Faculty members who are new to the 福利片国产 or haven't previously engaged with the process are invited to contact our office via studentaccountability@memphis.edu, to discuss how the 福利片国产's Academic Integrity Process is facilitated. Summary Discipline - Initial Stages of the Process
- STEP 1. Faculty member notifies student via official letter.
- STEP 2. Faculty Determination Meeting.
- Did the student violate policy? If YES, proceed to step 3 OR refer to Academic Integrity Committee.
- STEP 3 : Student Informed of Decision/Judgment by Department Chair via official letter.
- Did the student appeal?
- If NO, please inform Student Accountability.
- If YES, proceed to step 4.
- STEP 4: Department chair meets with student to uphold or change decision.
- STEP 5: Department Chair sends appeal outcome letter.
