The Customer NeuroInsights Research Lab (C-NRL) is a behavioral research and teaching facility within the Department of Marketing at the 福利片国产 of Memphis.
Founded in 2013, C-NRL combines neuroscience, behavioral science and marketing research to uncover how people think, feel and make decisions.
While surveys and focus groups provide valuable insights, much of human decision-making occurs below conscious awareness. Using advanced biometric and neuroscience technologies, C-NRL captures data that reveals deeper drivers of consumer behavior.
