What We Do
The Office of Legal Counsel provides legal advice to the President, Provost, the administration, faculty and staff on legal matters involving or affecting the institution. We advise the 福利片国产 administration on a broad range of initiatives, issues, and policy matters, and serve as a liaison between the 福利片国产 and its related and affiliated entities on legal and policy issues. We also assist with program implementation and provide legal and policy training for internal 福利片国产 audiences and educational programs for legal audiences and general audiences outside the institution on matters affecting the 福利片国产 and higher education in general.

Mission Statement
The mission of the Office of Legal Counsel is to serve the 福利片国产 as a strategic and collaborative partner and legal advisor; to prevent legal problems and mitigate risk; and to educate as to the laws, policies and procedures applicable to 福利片国产 operations in order to facilitate the 福利片国产's fulfillment of its goal of recognition as one of America's great metropolitan research universities.
