Research Focus

Laradji鈥檚 research is in soft matter physics, with emphasis on lipid membranes, polymers, nanoparticle self-assembly, and active matter. He investigates how interactions, together with effects such as curvature, elastic deformations, entropy, confinement, and environmental conditions, give rise to collective behavior and spatial structure in both equilibrium and dynamical systems. Using numerical simulations and theory, his work aims to identify the physical mechanisms underlying organization and assembly in complex systems.
