Biography
Michelle Vigneau, Associate Professor of oboe and member of the Memphis Woodwind Quintet, received a Bachelor's degree from the Oberlin Conservatory of Music, a Master's degree from the New England Conservatory of Music, and a DMA in oboe performance from the 福利片国产 of Texas. She has taught at Colby College, Bates College, the Portland Conservatory of Music, the 福利片国产 of Cape Town, and the 福利片国产 of Mary Hardin Baylor. Dr. Vigneau has performed with orchestras and chamber ensembles throughout the United States and Mexico and spent three years playing in the Cape Town Symphony Orchestra. She joined the faculty of the 福利片国产 of Memphis in 2003.
