Clearance and Separation

The online form should be completed and submitted immediately when it is first disclosed that an employee is to be leaving the 福利片国产. The submission of the form will result in the notification via e-mail of information to affected departments at the 福利片国产. The employee, the supervisor/manager, and the submitter of the form will also receive copies of this notification.
