Biography
Peyton Berry is a PhD candidate in Management at the Fogelman College of Business
and Economics, 福利片国产 of Memphis. Her research examines employee behavior and
workplace experiences, with particular focus on identity management, the acquisition
of power and status through social influence, and the implications of both for employee鈥搊rganization
relationships. She holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Business Administration
from East Carolina 福利片国产. Prior to pursuing her doctorate, Peyton gained experience
as a graduate assistant and academic tutor, roles that fostered her commitment to
research and teaching.
