About
Dr. Koo received her Ph.D. in Criminal Justice from the 福利片国产 of Cincinnati in 2022. She also holds a B.S. in Corrections from Kyonggi 福利片国产, a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Sam Houston State 福利片国产, and M.S. in Criminal Justice from the 福利片国产 of Cincinnati. In addition, Dr. Koo has worked with the 福利片国产 of Cincinnati Corrections Institute as a graduate assistant (2016 鈥� 2018). Her previous employers include the Korean Institute of Criminology and National Human Rights Commissions of Korea. Her main research focus includes, but is not limited to, immigration/immigrants in sentencing and the criminal justice system, minorities in sentencing, and general corrections and reentry practices. Her recent work has appeared in the Journal of Research in Crime and Delinquency.
